actually, want to share this topic with all of you~~~
happy that yesterday (Oct 1) was a public holiday, my family went to "yum cha" together, and we chatted a lot. During it, I and my brother found and agreed to a scenario that 人/朋友間在10多嵗時大家沒有什麼分別, 20多嵗時都沒有什麼大分別, 但到了30出頭, 你會開始發覺大家開始有些分別, 看到有些落差.....到左40嵗, 這些分別&落差可能就會好明顯!! Cited an example, if you keep doing exercise or skin-care when you were at 20+, you will NOT find any difference between yourself and your friends; you might not find any big difference even when you are 30 or 30+; but, when you are at 40, the difference between yourself and your friends will be very obvious.
to be honest, sometimes, such has happened is because of your internal "fear" and "anger".......every person has his "fear" and "anger" embedded in their mind/body, which will affect its mind, affect its decision......and this loop of "fear" and "anger" usually will get tighten and tighten when you getting older and older
it seems that nowadays city-people always very busy on their job, on their career-development, on their external study, etc. They always seek for something external, however, they neglect the training of their brain & soul~~~
so, one of an easy method is to:
sit down in a quiet place, use your mind to scan your body, from head to toe slowly, face what's your "fear" and "anger" in your body, don't criticize yourself, just face your "fear" and "anger"; then, you, after some time later, to a certain extent will 頓晤 those "fear" and "anger" existed in your mind/body actually is non-scientific and non-valid!!! Don't let your "fear" and "anger" lead the way (唔好被佢牽著走)....
also, tried to take a very very slow walk in the park....2 seconds per 1 step of walk....then, it can helps you slower down your heart-beat, slower down the fastness-move of your brain, 調節你整体的呼吸.....and as a result, it helps~~~
