A Good Neck Stretcher

Bought this Neck Stretcher from a Chinese Bonesetter recently, he told me that it is developed by himself, the pop-up ball-shaped item is designed according to human's acupuncture-points(穴位) . I tried this and it is really a very good neck-stretcher that has improved my back & neck so much~~ i let my mom and my brother tried, and they also feel their back & neck better.

Really a good design and equipment...better than those OSIM or OTTO itesm, so expensive and useless~~

Nuri Nuri, I love you~~ (A super Cyclone)

There is a super super Cyclone today, it is called "Nuri"~~~~

According to the 2pm announcement from the Observatory just now, it hoisted the signal #9 now. It said Typhoon Nuri is now centred about 40 kilometres east-southeast of Hong Kong and is forecast to move northwest at about 14 kilometres per hour towards Hong Kong.

As my area of living is HK West while lived near the coast line....the situation here is very very terrible, the wind-speed here is the highest among other areas of districts, over 100 km per hour~~~ wow~~~

It's difficult to make vivid description here, I better make it in a scientific way, provide you below some diagrams, to let you imagine how serious & powerness of this Cyclone Nuri~~

I should say "Nuri Nuri, I love you", you give all HK people a extra-holiday today~~ ^o^

Some practical tips when writting emails

Just completed my second take-home examination on the subject of "Overview of IP"....Yeah!!!! ^_^ will have 2 months rest until the next subject of "Trade Mark and Unfair Competition" in Oct 2008.

Huum......no special topic want to post, just want to post an article from a magazine that recently read....kind of practical. I will post this in my office to keep remind myself!!!

According to Apple Daily, her book has ranked no. 1, which has the best-selling in the book fair, 大賣近1.8 萬本，是今年書展的大贏家~~ As her good friend, really feel happy and cheer-up to see her success.

Haha, of course, as usual, i will have a free set of her new book (with her signature), the calendar, and the paper-fan~~~ I will put the calendar in my office!!!! ^_^
