A good book -- 怎樣擁有好情緒

Yesterday (Sat), I went to have my hair cut and curl. During the time, I and the hair-stylist chatted a lot.....We shared different views on the religion, 我聼佢下講基督教,佢又聼下我講佛教.....quite interesting!!


And we also chatted about what good books we currently had read....I recommended him to read a book called 怎樣擁有好情緒 (written in 197x by David Viscott).


This book is very good and practical, taking the view of Psychology, explaining how people's attitude & reactions are affected by their heart (not by their brain) ....簡單來講,呢本書係講,人好多時係源于内心嘅恐懼(fear)和憂慮(anxiety),而引至一些不理智嘅行為和表現.....呢本書係教你點樣知道自己究竟有咩恐懼(fear)和憂慮(anxiety),令你做個Emotionally Free嘅人.....


In the meantime, the book he recommended to me is 美好的人生, written by 卡内基~~~ But unfortunately, so bad that the public library is closed for borrow this book......I have to borrow it from the hair-stylist next time (hehee, coz' i am a cheap精 that always love to borrow books from the library ^_~)
