Buffet at Mandarin Hotel

To celebrate 老何's birthday....we went to have a good buffet last week (2009.05.18).

Manadrin Hotel is the usual one we picked. Although the choice of food there is not too many, but the quality of their food is very good, price is reasonable, service is excellent, with unlimited refill of tea, and also, i love their butter!!! ^_~

you see, their silverware are very elegant

even serve for breads, they have towel to cover the breads to keep them warm

my favourite butter, so creamy!!! ^_^

no special to post those oysters or sashimi....like to mention their huge prawns which i like very much!!!

not much choice for the dessert, but good point that they serve in small portion, so, can try different kinds of dessert, i like the "passion fruit mousse" very much.
